More Recognition for Practice
McCormicks Solicitors has won more recognition in a leading guide to the legal profession.
The firm is ranked for its expertise in Sport law and Agriculture and Rural Affairs in the latest edition of Chambers UK.
Senior Partner Peter McCormick OBE is also listed as an Eminent Practitioner in both disciplines.
McCormicks is recognised UK-wide for Sport law, with Peter McCormick described as “the godfather of football” and as “an outstanding lawyer with a good commercial focus”. The practice is the only firm in North Yorkshire to be ranked nationally.
It is ranked in Yorkshire for Agriculture and Rural Affairs, with its work for large landed estates and shooting estates noted in the guide, including estate planning, lease negotiations and shooting rights.
