We believe the best source of advice on Employment and HR issues is a qualified Employment lawyer, with their knowledge of the law, practices and procedures, judicial process, negotiations and general commerciality.
We are effectively a one-stop shop covering all areas. There are some HR providers who just cannot deal with certain issues. We can achieve the best outcomes for you and have various charging mechanisms, depending on your requirements. We can engage with you on a number of bases, including:
- Hourly rates with estimates
- Fixed fees (e.g. contracts and handbooks)
- Fixed fee annual retainers based around number of employees, wage roll and nature of business
- Purchase of blocks of hours at a discounted rate
- A combination of the above
We will talk to you about what you need, what will best suit your business, depending on what expertise you may have in terms of an in-house HR function and achieve a proposal that works for both you and us. There are plenty of options and whatever you chose will be competitive. Retainers are useful for general advice say on a disciplinary issue, but would not be suitable for a redundancy exercise or executive dismissal.
