Regan Seminaro is a Litigation Executive working in the Commercial Disputes Department at McCormicks. She assists David Birks, Partner and Head of the Commercial Disputes and Sports Litigation Team with all aspects of litigation work undertaken at McCormicks.

Regan graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in English with a Concentration in Professional Writing. Regan has been helping clients in the litigious sector in San Antonio, Texas since 2017. Regan worked as a Paralegal in complex commercial litigation concerning contractual provisions, breach of fiduciary duties and fraud for clients across many industries, including technology, real estate, construction, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and financial institutions. In 2020, Regan received her US Paralegal Certification.

Regan moved to England in 2022 and continues to build strong client relationships and ensures that the matters she deals with run as smoothly as possible for clients. Regan brings a unique international perspective to the litigious disputes. Her philosophy is to provide clients with not only excellent representation, but also the highest quality of professionalism and client care.
