Sean Wilson
Consultant
Sean is a Consultant Solicitor working in the Criminal Department.
He appears the Magistrates’ court and police stations regularly to represent clients in a full range of criminal and motoring offences.
He instructs and works closely with Counsel in Crown Court matters and has represented clients charged with the most serious offences involving violence, historic sexual offences, sexual offences, serious fraud and dishonesty offences.
He is a former Chairman and Vice Chairman of the UK Airsoft Sites Governing Body and was involved in protracted negotiations with the Home Office in respect of the ‘airsoft defence’ provisions of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. He also advises the UK Airsoft Retailers Association in relation to firearms law.
