Property Team Boost

We have further strengthened our Property Team with the promotion of our Head of Commercial Property to Partner and the appointment of a new head of Residential Property.

Claire Baker-Kemp

Claire Baker-Kemp becomes a Partner, while Lauren Duxbury has been appointed as Head of Residential Property.

Claire has extensive experience in Commercial Property transactions. She has acted in a wide range of matters, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties including offices, shopping centres, business parks, retail premises, industrial units, residential care homes, hotels, pubs and restaurants.

Lauren Duxbury

She acts in transactional landlord and tenant work, including lease renewals and assignments, and is well-versed in land acquisition.

Lauren Duxbury is an experienced Conveyancer with expertise in dealing with Residential Property transactions from beginning to completion.

During her career with local law firms, she has developed a particular focus on retirement, developer, new homes, estate and high net worth work.
