Janice Colley is an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer and was Partner of a medium sized Leeds law firm before becoming a Consultant Solicitor working with well-known Yorkshire based law firms and also in-house. She has been recognised as an expert by the Legal 500.

Janice has built up a strong reputation for offering expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial property matters and acquisitions and disposals, including:

• specific expertise in the licensed premises, especially pubs and hotels.
• experience in acting for large corporations, including Pubcos and dentists, as well as small and medium enterprises and individual property investors
• advising on a broad range of property related matters, including telecommunication site acquisitions and acting for land owners in relation to green energy storage.
